Our real estate client in Brisbane was eager to attract more qualified inquiries for their property listings.


To achieve this, HTJ Media Advertising designed a strategic paid media campaign using Google Ads, aimed at reaching serious buyers actively searching for homes in specific Brisbane neighborhoods.


We began by targeting high-intent keywords that aligned with popular search terms for properties in the area, ensuring our ads appeared at the top of relevant searches. By creating optimised ad copy with clear calls-to-action and using location-based targeting, we were able to attract users most likely to engage with our client’s listings.


The results? In just three months, online inquiries grew by 65%, generating high-quality leads and significantly increasing engagement with the client’s property listings. Through targeted Google Ads, we were able to increase visibility and help our client convert more inquiries into successful sales in Brisbane’s competitive real estate market.
